Accessibility
Built for real hands, real eyes, real days.
Health tracking only helps if you can use it on a tired morning with reading glasses half on. These options make every page easier. Your choices save in your browser and stay until you change them.
Display options
- Sensory-Friendly Mode. Calm colors, no motion, no shadows, larger spacing. Charts still draw, they just appear without animation. Nothing on this site flashes, blinks, or plays sound. Ever.
- Dyslexia-Friendly Font. Switches to Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed so similar letters are easy to tell apart, with extra space between words and lines.
- High Contrast. Black background, white text, yellow links. Easier to see in bright rooms and for low vision.
- Larger Text. Makes text bigger across the whole site, including forms and buttons.
How to use this site
- Keyboard. Tab moves through the page, Enter opens links, Space presses buttons. Every form and button works from the keyboard, and the current spot always shows a clear outline.
- Screen reader. Charts come with text labels, readings announce their status in words, and form fields have plain labels that say what to type.
- No pressure. There are no countdowns anywhere. Mark a medication taken when you get to it. A missed dose is information for your doctor, not a failure.
- Big targets. Buttons and pills are large enough for unsteady hands and touch screens.
Plain language promise
We write short sentences. Numbers always come with their unit and a plain status: in the usual range, worth a look, or needs action today. If a sentence confuses you, tell us and we will rewrite it.
